How fulfillment works
We source new aftermarket parts through multiple established distribution partners, and orders route to the partner best positioned to ship. Parts move directly to the customer, so we carry no dead stock and can add or drop a line based on warranty performance rather than on shelf commitments. Working capital covers supplier fulfillment costs, freight and the timing gap between order placement and customer or platform settlement.
Warranty & returns
Every part is new aftermarket stock covered by a 24-month warranty. Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 90 days with your order number — electrical parts are non-returnable once installed.
